SOCIAL: NINTENDO AND THEIR FRANCHISES

I believe this company has been far miss managed.  With the new CEO, I hope they fix their issues.  They have been negligent in creating maximum effect with their franchises.  They do not use their portfolio to be able to create a market which is agreeable to its fans.  They have let numerous franchises deteriorate.  This is evident in Super Smash Bros wherein they show case all their franchises but don't put out games to appease its audience.  One such example is Punch Out.  Punch Out sold approximately 250,0000 units in North America which means there clearly is a large enough audience to be able to sustain their development.  F-Zero is also another with F-Zero GX selling 300,000 approximately.  Kid Icarus Uprising sold approximately 300,0000.  Custom Robo as well sold 300,000.  These are some franchises which have been neglected. They need to be able to make sequels to these games in order to be able to keep the interest going.  Is it because they don't have enough means to be able to develop these?  I doubt it, as they have been profiting in most of their quarters.  Other franchises which have been neglected include Hogan's Alley, Cruisin, Duck Hunt, Earthbound, Golden Sun and Advance Wars.  These are franchises that can easily be resurrected with the right guidance.  Hogan's Alley can be remade into a GTA type of game.  Cruisin could have been the Polyphony equivalent offering.  Duck Hunt can be changed to include gyro controls and upgraded visuals.  Earthbound, Golden Sun and Advance Wars can all be revamped with major upgrades like visuals and advanced story telling.  We are only really scratching the surface here as there are other classics such as Star Tropics, Excite Bike, Pilot Wings and Mach Rider.
The reason people are growing out of Nintendo is because they failed to advance the nostalgia in which these franchises have with people.  They didn't cater to their audience as well as they should have.  Maybe instead of releasing like 5 Mario games a year they redirect some of that effort into these neglected franchises.  I believe that their main franchise, Mario is being milked so bad that the industry is so saturated.  This is not good for that franchise as people will evidently get fed up with it.  They really need to readjust their approach on their franchises and I hop they do as my patience as a supporter of this company is wearing thin.  Currently the stock is at 48.20$ which means, this company still yet has lots of potential for extensive market capturing.
